These conscious energy shifts have enabled me to move through resistances and feel confident to take my next steps with my own transformational work. Adela has proved to me beyond a doubt that it is possible to build real, heart and soul cenetred community on the telephone and online and to do real, experiential energy shifting processes this way too.

It is no mean feat to keep going and building the energy for 30 days. You attracted wonderful heart centred people to the tribe and you welcomed each one. The calls gave me direct experience with peace and contentment: Vibrant energy stimulation mentally, emotionally and physically. I know that more levels than I consciously know were affected. Some shifts occurred, such as courage to overcome sugar and lose the first four pounds. My cells are being reorganized. Also, I am taking more time for myself. Creative intuition, compassion, intelligence and generosity are gifts of Adela’s. She has them from here to beyond the exosphere and cannot be located in outer space. Each day there seemed to be a valuable point and the finding of something within yourself that you did not know was there or that you had to be reminded was there. Each day was a new experience. I began my part in the program later so only experienced about 9 calls. Even with that amount of time, I have shifted from vacillating between conscious states in my journey of discovering what my unique offering can be to the world. I feel poised on a delicious precipice and ready to dive into the expansive now. The program allows you to connect with all others, to be in the powerful stream and finally see who they are. You decide how much you want to contribute verbally on the calls or through writing on the web cast. The most valuable thing was the connection to a new awareness of myself and community. I’ve had major shifts and deep level cell reconstruction.
